In 2007, Elizabeth, a mother of two, a licensed realtor and a licensed mortgage broker, decided to go to law School with her brother Jake. So she joined the family law firm as a Law Clerk. She attended the Nashville School of Law with her brother and now partner Jacob W. Fendley. They were the first siblings to graduate simultaneously from the Nashville School of Law and did so as graduates of the Nashville School of Law's 100th class. They sat for the Bar exam in 2012 and both passed on their first attempt.

Elizabeth, like her brother, has had substantial experience in the legal field due to beginning her career in the law in 2007. She participated in the preparation of multiple cases for trial, including interviewing clients and witnesses, responding to discovery requests, preparing pretrial briefs and drafting legal pleadings.

Elizabeth is focusing her practice on Divorce, Child Custody, Criminal Law, Contract Disputes, & Personal Injury.
